SIGNING OF THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE INTERDISCIPLINARY ACADEMY OF SYSTEM STUDIES (IASS)

On 28 November 2025, the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Interdisciplinary Academy of System Studies (IASS) of the Russian Federation. This is an important milestone in establishing long-term cooperation in research, education and technology transfer related to civil engineering, materials, and waste processing for nuclear power plants, on the basis of the legal frameworks of both countries and in the spirit of Vietnamese-Russian friendship.
